Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Design Pandaa we are committed to providing high-quality design services that meet our clients' expectations. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Clients can request a project cancellation before work has commenced for a full refund.
- If the project is canceled after the initial consultation but before design work has started, a partial refund may be issued, deducting consultation and administrative fees.
- If work has already started, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. In such cases, a refund may not be possible, or only a partial refund may be granted based on completed work.
2. Refund Policy
- 100% Refund: If we are unable to start the project for any reason.
- Partial Refund: If the project is in progress but not completed, we will evaluate the work done and offer a reasonable refund accordingly.
- No Refund:
- Once the final files/designs have been delivered.
- If the delay is due to a lack of response or cooperation from the client.
- For services that involve third-party tools, software, or resources that are non-refundable.
3. Revision & Dissatisfaction Policy
- We offer unlimited free revisions (as per the service package). If additional revisions are required, they may be subject to extra charges.
- If the final design does not meet expectations despite revisions, we will work with the client to find a reasonable resolution, but refunds will not be issued once work is completed.
4. Payment Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without prior communication, we reserve the right to suspend ongoing work and take legal action if necessary.
